Condo listings in Squamish in May, at 74, were 7% above April but 16% lower than in May 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 1 in May but down by 8 year-over-year (to 4). Increasing to 5%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured buyers. May’s condo benchmark price of $480,000 was 3% below April and 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $453,250 at an average PSF sales price of $600 (up 4% and 16%, respective- ly, month-over-month).
