Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 628 in May, 8% above April but 26% lower vs May 2019. Condo sales, at 82, were up 17% month-over-month but 57% lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 13%, reflect- ing balanced market conditions in Surrey. May’s condo benchmark price of $399,200 was 1.6% below April but 1.7% higher vs May 2019. The average sold price was $406,870 at an average PSF sales price of $503 (down 2% and 1.9%, respec- tively, from April).
