The 467 detached listings in Vancouver West in May were relatively unchanged from April and were 40% belowMay 2019. May’s detached sales (at 52) were up 44% month- over-month but 40% lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in May increased to 11% as Vancouver West’s detached segment remained in buyer’s market territory. At $3.04M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.8% above April and 2% higher vs May 2019. The average sold price of $3.33Mwas 1.6% below April but 5% higher vs May 2019.
