Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,264 in May, 7% above April but 30% lower than in May 2019. Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 38% in May (to 178), while year-over-year sales fell by 44%. Increasing to 14%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to balanced market territory. May’s condo benchmark price of $801,300 was 0.6% lower month-over-month but 6% higher vs May 2019. The average sold price was $917,596 at an average PSF sales price of $1,049 (up 5% and 1.8%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
