The number of detached listings in West Vancouver in May (at 376) were unchanged from April and 35% belowMay 2019. The 30 detached sales in May were up by 9 month- over-month but 24 below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 8% in May, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. May’s benchmark price was $2.62M—2% above April and 4% higher than in May 2019. The average sold price of $2.63Mwas 8% lower vs last month and 14% below last year.
