As we are moving towards the establishment of our CoE HR for the Hongkong region, we would like to invite you to attend our COE HR HK Workshop on Thursday – Friday, 22 – 23 October 2020. In this workshop, we will outline our HR strategic plans and our priorities. Together we will explore our individual strengths, opportunities for us to deliver as a team as well as mapping out the way in which we will work with clarity on our new roles & responsibilities. By the end of the workshop, we will be able to identify our goals and become fully synergized in our way of leading this change.

OBJECTIVES
▪ To develop a visual map that guides the CoE HR Strategic plan and priorities. ▪ To anticipate the obstacles that will be encountered in the set up of the HR CoE. ▪ To provide clarity on job roles and expectations based on the new CoE structure. ▪ To explore individuals’ strengths and how these will be crucial for the CoE HR future success. ▪ To explore how to lead change effectively.
