If and when the Canadian Model referenced above is updated, this table, and the information contained within this table, will be deemed updated accordingly without further action by the Company. All actions under the Drug and Alcohol Policy will be performed in accordance with the most recent version of the Canadian Model then in place and used by the Testing Agent.
