Brother John F. Burrell, ATC, has excelled in the field of athletic training and was recognized with his 25th Year membership pin by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) in 2012. He has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) for 29 years and has worked as an Athletic Trainer Certified in various settings such as high school, clinical, collegiate, and professional. According to the data provided by the NATA, the association has a membership of 30,000 plus with less than 2 percent minority membership. Brother Burrell has experienced many firsts in the field of athletic training:
