After successfully having completed this lesson, the participants can:

60) Perform critical reflection to verify content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools to ensure accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness in the training context (Skills, Intermediate level)
61) Apply effective prompting strategies through hands-on experimentation and reflection when interacting with AI tools (Skills, Intermediate level)
ACTIVE LISTENING
The aim of this lesson is to enable participants to understand and apply active listening as a key communication tool that supports effective learning, meaningful feedback, and constructive dialogue between the instructor and participants.
After successfully having completed this lesson, the participants can:
62) Explain the power of active listening in both a learning and feedback situation (Knowledge, Intermediate level)
63) Apply principles for active listening in a dialogue between an instructor and a participant (Skills, Intermediate level)
ASSESSMENT
The aim of this lesson is to enable participants to understand the role, application, and strategy of both formative and summative assessments in the learning process. It will also provide participants with insight into various assessment tools and strategies that support learner development, monitor progress, and evaluate achievement against defined learning objectives in the context of safety training. Included in this, the aim is to enable participants to perform participant performance (summative) assessment as part of the training delivery assessment strategy, against training aims and learning objectives and other assessment criteria.
After successfully having completed this lesson, the participants can:
64) Explain different assessment strategies (Knowledge, Intermediate level)
65) Describe different/multiple assessment tools (Knowledge, Basic level)
