If there are more than 6 participants for teach back sessions, an additional instructor must facilitate the observation and feedback in order to stay inside the given time frame Minimum number of participants on the IQTX should ideally be no less than four participants to reach the expected learning outcome. This minimum number will ensure dynamic learning activities in different constallations that support the adult learning principles, inter actions and reflection activities

8.5 Detailed description of the IQTX Module The course content of the IQTX Module consist of an extract from the IQT curriculum which focuses on the principles of adult learning theory, GWO Taxonomy and didactical considerations. The curriculum extract selection is based on an assessment of what pedagogical and didactical competences experienced GWO instructors should master when delivering GWO trainings. The learning activities described in the IQTX Module are suggestions, with a focus on participants’ involvement and active participation. The IQTX instructor may decide on other applicable learning activity designs with the aim of meeting the relevant IQTX learning objectives. INTRODUCTION
The aim of this lesson is for everyone to raise their voice in the room and to support the development of the safe learning environment.
ELEMENT 1.1 - INITIAL SAFETY BRIEFING
The instructor must present the most essential safety information, and inform the participants, that the standard GWO Introduction lesson will be conducted after lesson 1.
ELEMENT 1.2 - INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS
The aim of this element is to initiate the development of a safe learning environment by getting an impression of each other.
