The total contact time for completing the IQTT module is estimated to be 38 hours. The time per day given in the table 9.2.1 below must not exceed:

9.3 Participants Assessment
The participants' assessment process is structured in three steps (assessment criteria in Annex 6, Participant Assessment Forms):
1. The application process, which will validate to what extent the prerequisites for participating in the IQTT are fulfilled
2. Performance in teach back sessions and other learning activities during the IQTT module
3. A summative concluding assessment based on the step one and two assessment and an overall impression to be concluded by the IQTT teachers
The IQT Trainer is approved by the GWO Head of Training Quality Assurance on recommendation from the IQTT teachers.

1) Hold a valid GWO IQT or IQTX training record, or similar •
Where an IQT record is not held, a gap analysis using the GWO Instructor Qualification Assessment Form as available in the Requirements for Training must be submitted to GWO as part of the application. Any gaps identified shall be closed according to the gap assessment process
2) Minimum 2,000 hours experience of teaching GWO modules
