The instructor shall:
5.1.130 Present a variety of digital learning methods and strategies
5.1.131 Reflect on the best application in a variety of scenarios including the instructor role
5.1.132 Facilitate participant-led analysis of tool usability by assigning tool categories for group research and presentation
5.1.133 Encourage critical discussion on the pedagogical opportunities and risks of AI-generated content
5.1.134 Guide participants in discovering effective prompting techniques by setting practical challenges and prompting tasks
The participants shall:
5.1.135 Test different relevant and less relevant digital tools in different learning situations
5.1.136 Develop a digital learning strategy appropriate for the delivery of a chosen topic. Include strengths, limitations and when the chosen method may be best used, and share findings to the group
5.1.137 Evaluate and reflect on AI-generated content in terms of factual correctness, didactic appropriateness, and ethical considerations
5.1.138 Research and present the usability, strengths, and limitations of selected digital learning tools
5.1.139 Explore different ways of interacting with AI tools, compare the effects of varied prompts, and collaboratively derive best-practice principles for prompting
5.1.140 Provide feedback to other groups and discuss the digital strategies that may best suit the GWO training module
The instructors must expect to familiarise further with relevant digital tools for their own training deliveries

LESSON 23 – ACTIVE LISTENING
The instructor shall:
5.1.141 Present principles for active listening and relate this to lesson 22, “Questions”
5.1.142 Facilitate an exercise where participants interview each other while applying active listening principles
5.1.143 Facilitate a discussion around the principles of communication (communicating, understanding, and accepting) and how these are impacted by engagement and participation as well as the forms of appeal
