LESSON 31 – FEEDBACK SESSION
The instructor shall:
5.1.191 Facilitate an overall feedback and feed forward on the participants’ learning outcome and their continued development as instructors inspired by the training as well as from the training review session
5.1.192 Provide individual feedback to participants based on the individual participants assessments, including an evaluation concluding whether the participant has passed or failed the training

The learning experience assignment is optional. Alternatively, other participants involving ice- breakers and presentation activities may be conducted

The instructor shall:
5.1.195 Explain, present, and ask involving questions aiming at:

safety instructions according to internal procedures
b. emergency procedures and emergency exits in the areas where the participants can be expected to be located during the course
