The participants shall:
5.1.196 Engage in answering questions on local safety and emergency procedures
ELEMENT 2.2 – FACILITIES
The instructor shall:
5.1.197 Present a general description of the facilities at the training location (administration, dining area, restrooms, toilets, etc.) Alternative activity: lead a tour and point out facilities

The participants shall:
5.1.198 Note relevant facilities and ask questions when in doubt
ELEMENT 2.3 – INTRODUCTION
The instructor shall:
5.1.199 Present and ask involving questions about the IQTX Module’s programme, including breaks and mealtimes
5.1.200 Give a short introduction to themself, including their backgrounds
5.1.201 Ask for participants’ expectations of the training and their learning or development
The participants shall:
5.1.202 Give a short introduction to themself, including job function and expected primary geographic work location and share expectations on the training
This should be done in the standard way and is not related to the first teach back. Instructor may want to do a short time out to address why this particular introduction is important to the success of the training
