The participants shall:
5.1.205 Engage in answering questions and share experiences
ELEMENT 2.5 – ONGOING ASSESSMENT PARTICIPANT ASSESSMENT FORM
The instructor shall:
5.1.206 Explain the reasons for the ongoing assessment
5.1.207 Present the layout of the GWO participant assessment for and explain how it will be used
The participants shall:
5.1.208 Engage themselves in discussion and ask questions when in doubt in relation to the assessment and feedback procedure
ELEMENT 2.6 – MOTIVATION
The instructor shall:
5.1.209 Explain and lead a discussion on:
a. the importance or personal involvement in the course
b. the definition of and the need for instructor qualification understandings and abilities
The participants shall:
5.1.210 Engage themselves in discussion and share experiences on instruction and training as well as on engaging in training sessions in general
Positive motivation is the driving force for commitment, and the instructor should make a focused effort to support growth of the necessary attitude and motivation in the participant
