ELEMENT 2.9 – PARTICIPANTS TOPIC RANKING

The instructor shall:

5.1.218 Present IQTX relevant topics and conduct a ranking and prioritisation activity

5.1.219 Analyse the rankings and adjust the course design accordingly

The participants shall:

5.1.220 Reflect on the IQTX syllabus and their individual development needs, and conduct the prioritisation activity

LESSON 3 – INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PART 1 – ALIGNMENT TRIANGLE

The instructor shall:

5.1.221 Present the GWO Alignment Triangle

5.1.222 Pose group assignments for aligning learning objectives and learning activities in a coherent training session

The participants shall:

5.1.223 Reflect on their own experience as participants in training where one aspect of the triangle is missing or misaligned

5.1.224 Examine GWO Alignment Triangle in pairs or small groups and:

a. present an example of a coherent training session of their own choice and share their considerations in relation to the alignment traingle
