5.1.239 For example: facilitate group assignments addressing challenges and benefits from general learning approaches. For example, positivism and hermeneutics, and of adult learning processes (for example, behaviourism and constructivism) when planning and conducting learning activities
5.1.240 Provide feedback on the group presentations and address the individual contributions on the initial learning assignment
The participants shall:
5.1.241 Discuss what they can control to foster learning
5.1.242 Discuss challenges and benefits from general learning approaches, including how different ways of learning can support or challenge participants during training
5.1.243 Discuss the impact of human factors in planning learning activities
5.1.244 Present conclusions and reflections within the group
5.1.245 Receive feedback and post clarifying and supporting questions
LESSON 7 – LEARNING STYLES
The instructor shall:
5.1.246 Invite the participants to share their learning profiles within the group
5.1.247 Lead a discussion on the challenges and strengths of applying multiple learning styles in the learning activities
The participants shall:
5.1.248 Share their learning profiles within the group (if possible on a visual model to create a comparable overview and supported with reflections and arguments)
5.1.249 Discuss as a whole group the challenges and strengths of working with multiple learning styles
5.1.250 Note their own conclusions
LESSON 8 – VISUAL LEARNING TOOLS
The instructor shall:
5.1.251 Present ways to analyse a learning topic in relation to key learning points
5.1.252 Present general principles for pedagogical designs of visual presentations
5.1.253 Facilitate two-step assignments about designing visual learning tools
