The instructor shall:
5.1.262 Facilitate an assignment, where the participants present an example of aligning learning objectives, learning activities and the following assessment
5.1.263 Present the 3-step-assignment and its frame object (domains and levels and associated sections)
5.1.264 Pose clarifying question after the presentations to ensure that the complete intend of the Taxonomy Framework and its sub-sections is covered
5.1.265 Provide feedback on the presentations
The participants shall:
5.1.266 Individually or in pair solve the task on alignment between learning objectives, learning activities and the following assessment
5.1.267 Consider and share experiences about why the Taxonomy is an important tool for designing learning activities and reach learning objectives
5.1.268 Discuss how to use the taxonomy to determine if your lessons will support participants in reaching the learning objectives
5.1.269 Choose and examine one aspect of the GWO Taxonomy Framework (domains and levels and their associated sections) and present and share with the whole group:
a.
what part of the taxonomy did you examine?
b.
how is this part used?
c.
why is this important?
5.1.270 Ask clarifying questions to the other group’s presentations
LESSON 11 – QUESTION STYLES
The instructor shall:
5.1.271 Introduce the concept of Active Listening and facilitate an exercise. Conclude the exercise by the participants sharing experiences on the exercise within the group
To assist the participant, a small fact-card on the Active Listening principles may be handed out for the exercise
