5.1.282 Demonstrate how to align learning objectives with suitable assessment methods using case studies or practical examples

5.1.283 Guide participants through an exercise that involves choosing methods for given scenarios

The participants shall:

5.1.284 Listen actively and identify key concepts during the instructor’s explanation

5.1.285 Recall and summarise the differences between formative and summative assessment

5.1.286 Analyse sample training objectives and match them with appropriate formative or summative assessment methods

LESSON 13 – DIGITAL LEARNING TOOLS

The instructor shall:

5.1.287 Present a variety of digital learning methods and strategies

5.1.288 Reflect on the best application in a variety of scenarios including the instructor role

5.1.289 Facilitate participant-led analysis of tool usability by assigning tool categories for group research and presentation

5.1.290 Encourage critical discussion on the pedagogical opportunities and risks of AI-generated content

5.1.291 Guide participants in discovering effective prompting techniques by setting practical challenges and prompting tasks

5.1.292 Within the group, discuss ways to provide feedback to learners in an online setting and how that communication differs from an in-person environment. The instructor may provide a supporting example
