5.1.310 Present the case assignment
5.1.311 Support the participants in getting to grips with the task and materials
5.1.312 Facilitate the exercise and provide feedback when feasible
5.1.313 Aim for a joint conclusion on feedback at the end of the exercise and presentations
The participants shall:
5.1.314 Individually read the case on barriers to learning and seek clarifying support when needed
5.1.315 Join in small groups and discuss the case
5.1.316 In the small groups analyse those of the participants presented in the case that show signs of barriers to learning
5.1.317 In plenum the groups present their suggestion to which case-participants are relevant to analyse
5.1.318 When all groups have presented, each group are assigned to cover one of the relevant case- participants
5.1.319 In the small groups, analyse the behaviour and conduct of the assigned participant in relation to their defensiveness and resistance to learning, and decide how to address these
5.1.320 Present in plenum their suggestions for how the instructor, can address and overcome these barriers, and by doing so free potential learning driving forces in the participant. This presentation must be conducted as a roleplay of the situation and the solution
5.1.321 The groups provide feedback to the one group presenting (Remember to apply the feedback structure the individual group had decided in the Lesson 13, Feedback

ELEMENT 17.1 – TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
5.1.322 Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the module for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcomes and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the module
5.1.323 Lead a discussion about individual learning outcomes, needs for further development, how to contribute and learn together with other instructors, and how to move forward in relation to the alternative process and how to teach GWO modules
