LIBRARY MEDIA ENDORSEMENT

The Library Media program offers endorsement to the teaching certificate. Individuals completing this 26 credit program will have met the initial level of preparation necessary to direct a learning resources (library media) center in a K-12 school. Completing this program and passing the West-E test will allow you highly qualified status under the NCLB Act. Total Credits: 26

Part Time: 4 quarters (11 credits a quarter) Full Time: 2 quarters (16 credits a quarter) Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Application to Graduate Studies at CWU • Submission of a copy of valid teaching certificate with application materials
