Place the palms on the low back/sacrum with thefingerspointeddown.Press into the feet,pull up the kneecaps, and squeeze the thighs and buttocks. Press the hips forward and begin to arch the torsobackwards.Keep thehead looking forward, or if it feels safe let it drop all the way back. Use the arms to support your weight and keep the legsandbuttocksengagedandstrong. Breathe and hold 3-7 breaths. To release, keep the legs,buttocksandarmsstrongasyouslowly inhale back up, letting the head and neck be the last to come vertical.

Continuing Education Scotty Savoie, PT, Susie Radcliffe, PTA and Susan Sanford, PT attended The McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Part A Lumbar Spine, an evidence-based diagnosis and treatment program that very effectively helps relieve lower back pain and sciatica.

Susie Radcliffe will join Ty Romjin in completing her Zero Balancing Certification in June 2019. Zero Balancing (ZB) is a structural alignment and energy balancing treatment based on the premise that the human body could be affected by bodily manipulations, so bringing health benefits. The practice teaches that currents of energy are stored within the human skeleton, and that this affects both physical and mental wellbeing.
