Technology is looking forward to a new year in which we can continue to support operational goals of specialty growers in California and Arizona. Utilizing the power of fermentation containing a novel microbial consortium, we are able to demonstrate to specialty growers the value of adding a beneficial microbial community to their particular ranch. It is well-documented that agricultural production causes a shift in the microbiome, sometimes in an undesirable direction, whether it be organic or conventionally farmed. Adding a beneficial microbial community increases nutrient cycling, microbial diversity and functionality, improves photosynthesis and protects resources, such as water and soil. Most companies in the agricultural input space aim to scale up quickly to find one-size-fits all solutions; we have taken the opposite approach. As a family-owned small company, we are able to practice agility and work together with our producers to baseline existing problems and track shifts below and above ground, post-application. We are proud to partner with some of the best in the agricultural industry to generate high-quality datasets producers can trust: Agrology, New Age Laboratories, Biome Makers, Trace Genomics, SoilTech Wireless, Growers Research Innovation Network, ALC Laboratories in Santa Maria and Cal Poly Strawberry Center. We thank our current distributors for their collaboration and commitment to provide their growers with a multitude of tools and substantiated datasets aimed at increasing soil health: Buttonwillow Warehouse Company, Nature Based Technologies, Miya Farms, Coastal Growers Supply Inc, Farmer’s Fertilizer, Grow West and North Valley Ag Services. We are proud to demonstrate on-farm value with some of the most important and progressive farming operations in California, such as Braga Fresh Family Farms, Talley Farms and Betteravia Farms. We look forward to growing together to rebuild, restore and renew soil health. Carbon Robotics has secured $70 million in Series D funding, led by BOND and NVIDIA’s NVentures, fueling the growth of its LaserWeeder™ business, development of new products and continued expansion into new markets.
