Liberty Inspection Group - April 2019

Working for Yourself Chris Earley’s Book of the Month

Growing up the son of a highly educated father, Robert T. Kiyosaki noticed a trend. While his father worked hard and was devoted to his family and work, he was still poor, struggling to make ends meet. Meanwhile, his friend’s father was an eighth grade dropout and their family was living the self-made multimillionaire lifestyle. It was a contradicting phenomenon that got Kiyosaki thinking: How do you achieve wealth? In his 2007 self-help book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” Kiyosaki details his observations from his childhood and the methods he personally used to retire by 47. As a personal finance author and lecturer, Kiyosaki details his own failures on his way to success and the steps he took to react appropriately to those failures. The methodology of going to college, gaining debt, working to pay off that debt, and retiring with a pension plan is no longer the reality for many people. Instead, Kiyosaki explains ways to find success by working on your own time and for yourself. Before I began Liberty Inspection Group, I was working a standard nine-to-five job for a large corporation. I scoffed at self-help books, and for the most part, I didn’t place too much value on learning from others who have found their own success. That is until I picked up Kiyosaki’s book.

I often say “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” was my “gateway book” and introduced me to how knowledgeable self-help

books can be and how valuable it is to learn from those who have found success. This book motivated me to quit my job and begin Liberty Inspection Group. Every day I’m glad I picked up Kiyosaki’s book and found a way to look at my reality differently. Now, I’m always

looking for ways that I can improve myself and my value through reading the lessons others have to teach. And it all started with “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.”

OUR CUSTOMERS SAY IT BEST

"I’m in the process of buying my first home, and Liberty Inspection made this part so easy. I was nervous because my realtor said that inspectors book up, but I was able to choose from a variety of days and times on Liberty’s website and pay through their portal. When there was conflict on my first choice of day/time, someone from the office called me immediately and was able to offer me a better option. Jere was on time (already there when I got to the house), thorough, knowledgeable, and finished ahead of schedule, allowing me to get back to work. Highly recommend! Also, I got my inspection report the very next morning. Super convenient for negotiations. Thanks, Jere!" -Rebecca B. "Fast response to inspection request, friendly, professional. Patient and willing to answer questions and explain findings." -Matt M.
