OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC MARKETING: KD Auctions will create all applicable marketing materials and distribute them to the appropriate parties using our extensive database. VALUATION OF ITEMS: Our experienced staff will assist you in understanding what kind of return you can expect from your assets. INVENTORY CONTROL: KD Auctions will clean, tag and sort all of your inventory in preparation for the sale process. PHOTOS/VIDEOS: KD Auctions will take all necessary photographs for marketing purposes and for an online sale, if applicable. We will also take videos, when applicable of items to enhance your profits. ACCOUNTING: KD Auctions will invoice all winning bidders and collect all funds related to your sale. We will then furnish you with a proper accounting sheet, along with your profits, within days of the sale ending. RELEASE AND REMOVAL OF ASSETS: KD Auctions will handle the collection of all funds paid for the items in your sale. We will also assist in arranging the items to be picked up or shipped to the winning bidders. I NSURANCE: We will assist in requesting the proper insurance documents from trucking brokers and/or riggers, as needed. CLEAN UP: KD Auctions will handle all aspects of clean up and removal to ensure the facility is left in a clean and organized manner.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN DETAIL: Upon being awarded the contract, we will begin discussions regarding projected costs along with marketing options, deadlines and inventory processing. Our experienced project managers will be in consistent contact with you to ensure timely execution of your sale. We will also track progress and communicate updates during the sale process. SAFETY: Safety first! Our Project Managers will pay careful attention during the inventory process to ensure large/heavy assets are properly moved. Proper insurance will be requested to assist in moving any assets that require additional or outside help. SITE CONTROL: We will remain in continuous contact to plan viewings and inspections that are convenient for your schedule, prior to the sales date. And maintain communication, once the sale terminates, to ensure timely removal of inventory. PREPARATION: Preparation of assets is necessary to achieving maximum returns. Thorough cleaning and proper staging of assets for viewings and inspections can impact sales substantially. We will catalog and place of inventory into appropriate lots. PRE-SALE: Once both parties have finalized the terms and conditions, the sales proceedings will commence.

ONLINE AUCTION SALE: (If Applicable) A key benefit to hosting on online sale is minimum disruption at your facility. Because we will tag, photograph and video (if applicable) assets ahead of time, only viewings, inspections and removals will be conducted on-site. ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING: KD Auctions will collect all funds for all sales on your behalf. KD Auctions will also provide you with a full reconciliation of the sale including a detailed breakdown of all expenses and profits that will be included with your final payment.
