MIXED PAPER
In New York, you must recycle mixed paper together in a labeled bin with a clear plastic bag. Always flatten cardboard next to bins. Large flattened cardboard items may be placed in the freight area. The paper material must be clean and dry to be recycled. If wet or dirty, it belongs in the trash.
