YBPC is an non-profit organization of young black professionals in the Akron, Ohio area focused on the personal, professional and social development of our future leaders, including high school and college students. YBPC is focused on improving the minority community by providing tools to enhance one’s overall wellness through a variety of workshops, social activities and continuous education.

Offers a program for moms and families where teenage and young mothers and their children can come for weekly meetings to learn about various parenting-related topics and to connect each other, a mentor, and the community. A meal and childcare during the meetings are provided. They offer teenagers and young adults a safe place where they are loved, valued and ultimately, through Christ.
