Clients can make the following changes in the Ethos Client Portal: Change payment methods Update beneficiarie Download application and policy packet Review invoices Changes must be made by the client rather than the agent.

Clients must call TruStage® directly at (855) 591-9026, or call alongside the agent. The carrier will not allow agents to make changes directly to the policy.
