Associate Earns Espresso Machine Through Red Thinkin’ Rewards

Lexington preventive maintenance associate JEREMIAH CARTER has known for some time about our Red Thinkin’ Rewards program, which allows you to earn points for things you do every day.

Lexington preventive maintenance associate JEREMIAH CARTER recently cashed in his Red Thinkin ’ Rewards points for a Barista Pro Espresso machine.

But he was certainly surprised when he found out he could cash in his points on a Barista Pro Espresso machine. “I was excited to see that sort of thing was in the rewards catalog,” says Jeremiah, who has been with Averitt for close to 10 years. “The more you look at the catalog, the more you’ll find and the more you’ll be surprised by what all is in there.” Jeremiah’s points have added up through several sources. “The majority of my points come from our quarterly performance goals and how we perform preventive maintenance for the equipment,” he explains. “I’ve gotten a few R-pluses over the course of several years, as well as some referral points. And every five years you get points for years of service, so I’ll be getting more points next year.” Jeremiah is thankful for a program that rewards him for simply doing a

good job. “I think it’s pretty cool that we get what basically amounts to a bonus for maintaining our responsibilities,” he says. “You can get R+ cards for going above and beyond, and you can get rewards for referrals that help people get hired. But the biggest portion of my points comes from taking care of my day- to-day responsibilities.” Want to see the rewards you could be cashing in on? Log in to RedThinkinRewards.com to see your point total, information about how you can earn more points, and a catalog featuring thousands of items to choose from. T m

Scott Wolf Scholarship Applications Run Through Feb. 1 APPLY NOW!

If you or your dependents are looking to continue your education beyond high school, the Scott Wolf Memorial Scholarship can help you reach those goals. Applications for the scholarship run from Dec. 1, 2023 through Feb. 1, 2024. Following the application process, winners will be notified on April 15, 2024. Scott Wolf served as our Vice President of Corporate Services until his passing in 2012. Honoring his wishes, the Wolf family set up a scholarship fund in Scott’s name, hoping to find a way to give back to those who Scott cared so

much about: his fellow Averitt associates. Since the program began, there have been 83 scholarship winners representing 13 states! In 2021, our team gave a matching contribution of $50,000 to the scholarship fund. Because of that donation, the amount continues to be $1,000 for each student! The fund is administered by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT). For more information about the Scott Wolf Memorial Scholarship, visit InsideAveritt.com/ScottWolfScholarship.
