Outstanding Profit Sharing Contributions In Third Quarter Because of your commitment to excellence, we continue to achieve near-record performances in Profit Sharing. In the third quarter, an amount equal to 8.127% of your pay was contributed to your 401(k) retirement accounts. That’s our second-best third quarter on record, just behind last year’s third-quarter total of 9.08%! This year has brought with it plenty of challenges. Despite a softer bill count and slower economy, you have continued to do things the right way, leading to strong results in quality, service and safety . Combined with our full offering of innovative and creative solutions for our customers, that focus has led to outstanding results for our Profit Sharing program!
