• A professional specialist, (member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) (RICS) with significant post qualification experience Experience Essential: • An experienced manager who has managed external professional advisers and interactive projects and workflows involving inter departmental personnel and external stakeholders. • Possessing a high level of experience in strategic and operational property, estates, and asset management. • Experience of influencing and setting planning policy and developing asset management opportunities to increase income and capital receipts. • Experience of working across an organisation to consolidate existing property responsibilities to produce and further develop an organisational collaborative approach to its property and landholdings, both strategically and operationally. • Experience in developing a synergistic
