Located at the heart of Belgrade, within St. Regis Hotel, Savant Brasserie blends the local with the global through an authentic culinary approach. Before the first recipes were even created, the chefs travelled the length and breadth of Serbia, exploring markets, villages and wineries, in search of flavours and identities rooted in the region. Leading the team is Stefano Micocci, a chef with over 20 years’ experience in luxury gastronomy across four continents. The seasonal menu is built around the best local ingredients, such as Serbian truffles, Mangulica pork and mountain mushrooms, while signature dishes like lamb burek, spiced duck, chateaubriand and tiramisu combine tradition with modern finesse.
The wine list, curated by the St. Regis Cellar Master, highlights a new wave of Serbian winemaking alongside global classics. Savant is a tribute to land, season and Belgrade, a city of flavour and soul.
