The local Go For The Gold competition, as well as the 4-H judging night, were held July 19 in conjunction with the very popular Holstein Club’s “Family Night.” Four teams competed, with the judges then selecting the top four players and one alternate to form the Prescott 4-H Association team that would move on to the Regional Competition. Along with their coach, Prescott 4-H President, Shawn Wylie, the members selected to move forward are Taiga Cho- lette, Robert Levac, Marie-Josée Levac, Laura Barton, and Craig LeRoy (alter- nate). Prescott 4-H Association is also look- ing for volunteers to help out during the day for the many positions that need to be ¿ lled, such as adjudicators, judges, and scorekeepers, to name a few. Lunch will be provided. If you are interested in volunteering for the day, please contact Tammy Oswick-Kearney by email at: tammyok@sympatico.ca or call 613-678- 2876.
