Alfred Sanzari’s Glenpointe provides robust virtual amenity programming & on-site community lounge O

verview / CO- VID Response: To better engage with tenants and create a unique work experience at the company’s flag - ship Glenpointe campus, in 2019 Alfred Sanzari Enterprises launched a partnership with Better Spaces, a robust tenant engagement service that operates via The Pointe, an on-site community lounge, as well as virtu - ally through the Better Spaces app. Pre-COVID, the inno - vative and flexible ame - nities provider offered tenants 40 programs, community events and classes per week includ - ing special events like holiday celebrations, an Oktoberfest party, and ping pong tournaments. At the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, ASE quickly worked with Better Spaces to migrate all in-person events and classes to a fully virtual format and adjusted programming to place an emphasis on individual wellbeing and adapting to the new work from home envi - ronment. The Space: Currently, al l pro - gramming is offered ex - clusively through the Better Spaces app but as employees return to the workplace, they can enjoy The Pointe, Better Spaces’ dedicated 1,500 s/f community lounge located within the iconic Glenpointe campus. The lounge features private rooms for a range of employee uses, including small break - out meetings, medita - tion, and relaxation.
