HILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania office of Duke Realty Corporation , the leading domestic only, pure-play lo- gistics property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the United States, announces it has secured a long-term lease renewal and expansion with Green Chef. Acquired by HelloFresh in 2018, Green Chef is the first-ever USDA- certified organic meal kit com- pany powering the pursuit of eating well. Green Chef’s menus cater to a range of dietary preferences, including vegan, keto, vegetarian, omnivore and more. The company will use the facility to warehouse, prepare and distribute its meal kits. With Green Chef’s long-term lease agreement for 170,160 square feet of space, the facility is fully leased.
