Strengthening first - rate leadership and community engagement is an investment in the future of the region. Leadership MetroWest provides a continuous pool of informed and connected civic and business leaders to build strong communities and organizations. For over 30 years, Leadership MetroWest ’ s signature program, the Leadership Academy, brings together individuals representing the business, nonprofit, and municipal sectors, to enhance their knowledge of the region and its resources and their capacity to address community and business challenges through effective leadership and collaboration. Leadership MetroWest serves a diverse group of 10 communities with common interests and distinct individual concerns. The region needs leaders whose sense of community transcends boundaries and the traditional silos and eliminating barriers to getting involved. Our impact can be measured by the work being done by our alumni. The enduring connections forged by Leadership Academy alumni create a culture of collaboration and an unparalleled resource for moving the region forward.
