This Engineering Pre-Apprenticeship Programme (SVQ Level 2) course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career within the engineering sector. The award allows you to develop knowledge, understanding and skills in a range of modern engineering techniques while undertaking the SVQ Level 2 qualification in Performing Engineering Operations. This qualification is recognised by employers supporting progression to an engineering Modern Apprenticeship. Previous students have successfully progressed to Modern Apprenticeships in the defence, manufacturing, engineering maintenance, shipbuilding and aerospace sectors.
