Gateway to Hospitality and Catering offers you a first step to studying hospitality and catering in a college setting. Your lecturers will work with you to prepare you to continue your college journey in this area. Along with SQA units in core skills, communications and employability you will work towards qualifications in organisational skills for cookery, cookery skills, techniques and processes, café / customer service and REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene. You will gain some practical experience in a training kitchen and busy college café.
