NQ Psychology with Criminology is designed to give you an introduction to human behaviour and mental processes as well as the many factors that influence criminal behaviour. You will also study other social science subjects and successful completion of this course would enable you to achieve NC Social Sciences (Level 6).

This one-year course has been designed in agreement with the University of Glasgow to allow successful progression to year 2 of social science degree programmes. The course is designed for those who wish to study a range of social science subjects up to and including the equivalent of first year university level, but in an alternative higher education setting. Through critical thinking about social and cultural issues the course seeks to develop your analytical, evaluative, problem solving and communication skills.

HND Social Science is ideal if you want to study a range of subjects up to and including the equivalent of 2nd year university level, but in an alternative higher education setting.
