Learning for Independence is ideal if you have recently left school and you would like to build your confidence. It will help you make the transition from school to further education or other appropriate progression routes by developing your social, practical and independence skills. You will develop employability skills through a wide range of subjects and you will receive guidance and support to develop your own Personal Learning and Support Plan, which will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Future Focus is a part-time course which offers you an excellent opportunity to build your personal confidence with learning and the challenges of everyday life. Through practical learning you will be supported to grow as an individual. You will work in teams towards formal qualifications. This is an ideal platform for those preparing to apply for full-time study within further education or for those who are not able to commit to full-time study.
