We believe in project collaboration and we engage all stakeholders early to ensure that we have captured the essence of what is required to make the project a success. We can work with a customer ’s preferred process designers and suppliers or can introduce proven designers and vendors to form the project team. We define the User Requirements specification (URS) at this early stage. With a focus on the customer’s manufacturing process, we design the modular facilities in order to maximise efficiencies and flexibility. The cleanroom suites are configured for an ideal workflow for the specific process application.
Modules can be single or configured in a multi – module layout to form a self- contained cleanroom manufacturing suite. Suitable finishes can be selected from our comprehensive Cleanshield range of GMP suitable products. At our Manufacturing site in Ireland we manufacture the purpose-built modular units to the highest standards. All our modules can be fully tested in the manufacturing facility prior to shipping, ensuring full compliance. Once on site and connected to the permanent utilities they are then tested, reiterating swift compliance in the field following installation.
