The output of this phase of the project will be a Concept Design taking consideration of the manufacturing process, space planning, configuration, interfaces to other building elements with clearly defined scope boundaries, project durations and cost estimates. Where planning and statutory obligations are required, we leverage our strong partnerships and supply chain in the delivery of these elements to ensure full compliance.
Our design approach also considers the full life cycle of the project ensuring that the facility can be easily maintained and operates to a high level of efficiency from energy through to overall sustainability.
