Kick-off Event Sponsorship Sign Up Scan or click the QR code to fill out sponsorship form To ensure timely delivery of all sponsorship benefits, payment—or proof of payment—is required before your organization will be added to event promotions, listed on the event website, or provided with the discount code for complimentary registrations. If payment is not received within one month of receiving your invoice , any reserved seats or benefits associated with your sponsorship will be released. Please note that all sponsorships must be secured no later than two weeks prior to the event date to guarantee inclusion in event materials and activations. .
