A safety concern was reported with the ice machine in the hallway connecting the patio to the lunch kitchen. The door repeatedly falls off, creating a risk for staff and guests in this high-traffic area. If you notice any safety hazards, please report them immediately to help keep our workplace safe for everyone.

Under the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, employers are required to provide a safe, well-maintained work environment.
