Tech Showcase Sponsorship Opportunities
The Tech Showcase is an interactive all-day event focused on strengthening our region’s future tech talent pipeline. Local employers will display hands- on exhibits designed to expose students to careers in technology. The Tech Showcase will welcome students from across the region, with a focus on students in underserved communities.
Why sponsor the Tech Showcase?
Showcase Sponsor $5,000 • Name, logo and sponsorship level listed on Tech Showcase event page • Logo displayed on invitations and promotional pieces • Logo and sponsorship level listed in on-site signage • Social Media post featuring your company as a Showcase Sponsor • Ability to occupy up to 3 booth spaces • 4 complimentary kick-off registrations Supporting Sponsor $2,500 • Name, logo and sponsorship level listed on Tech Showcase event page
• Demonstrate your brand’s commitment to strengthening our region’s tech talent pipeline, with a particular focus on increasing tech career exposure in low income and diverse communities • Underwrite an event that will expose hundreds of grade 6-8 students from across the region to a future career in tech • Gain brand exposure to k-12 students interested in tech careers
• Logo displayed on invitations and promotional pieces • Logo and sponsorship level listed in on-site signage
• Ability to occupy up to 2 booth spaces • 2 complimentary kick-off registrations Contributing Sponsor $750 • Name, logo and sponsorship level listed on Tech Showcase event page • Logo and sponsorship level listed in on-site signage

To ensure timely delivery of all sponsorship benefits, payment—or proof of payment—is required before your organization will be added to event promotions, listed on the event website, or provided with the discount code for complimentary registrations. If payment is not received within one month of receiving your invoice, any reserved seats or benefits associated with your sponsorship will be released. Please note that all sponsorships must be secured no later than two weeks prior to the event date to guarantee inclusion in event materials and activations.
