Become a Tech Week SWAG Sponsor and showcase your company to thousands tech professionals, innovators, and thought leaders. This is an exclusive opportunity to get your branded promotional item into the hands of attend- ees through our event ambassador tables.
Sponsorship Benefits: • Brand Placement: Include one branded promotional item on ambassador tables. • Event Visibility: Your logo will be displayed at Tech Week’s Kick-Off Event Ambassador Tables and in our digital event program. • Enhanced Reach: For an additional $500, include a second promo item to double your brand’s impact. Requirements • Branding Guidelines: If you’d like your item to match Tech Week branding, our Marketing Team will provide a brand kit to maintain consistency and quality. • Cost Responsibility: Companies are responsible for covering all costs of the swag items in addition to the $1,000 sponsorship fee. • Approval Process: All items must be approved by The Right Place to ensure they align with event standards. • Submission Deadline: Items must be delivered to The Right Place offices no later than August 15, 2025. • Quantity Requirement: A minimum quantity of 500 items is required.
