Once complete, Station Hill will deliver: • Total development value in excess of £750 million • 2.5 million sq ft sustainable mixed-use community • 625,000 sq ft best-in-class office space • 1,300 private and affordable homes • 95,000 sq ft lifestyle-led retail and leisure space • Potential for a 200-bed hotel or later-living accommodation • Centre two-acre piazza They are seeking a Customer focused General Manager who will hold responsibility for all the operational output for One Station Hill and the Station Hill Estate. The General Manager will be responsible for creating a thriving community by building relationships with the residents, client, and local stakeholders, and with a keen eye for detail will maintain the asset to the highest quality. The General Manager will work in conjunction with Native Residential and the client to operate the building and estate in a way that gives the best possible employee experience, attracting the very best tenants for the long term and driving high quality footfall through the scheme. This role is suitable for an experienced leader within Property Management who has a proven track record leading and motivating teams, mobilising new buildings, handling complex service charge budges and providing top level customer service.
