5 Common Car Accident Myths

A car accident is a stressful time. It can be hard to keep your thoughts straight, let alone know which legal messages to believe and not believe. Some commonly held beliefs about car accidents simply are not true. 1. You need to talk to the other driver’s insurance agency. While this is false, it actually may be a better idea to not have any communication with the other driver’s insurance company. The opposing insurance company will be looking for anything and everything to try to prove that you do not have a car accident case. Instead of saying something that has the potential to ruin your case, it is best to have no communication at all.

Actor Tom Hiddleston electrified the internet this summer with his performance in the new Marvel series “Loki” on Disney+, and there are even rumors he’ll be the next James Bond after Daniel Craig retires. But how does the actor keep up his lean, screen-perfect physique? SuperheroJacked.com recently spilled its best guess at Hiddleston’s workout. The suggested regimen leans heavily on weightlifting and jogging; you can check out the full routine by searching for the article, “Tom Hiddleston Workout Routine and Diet Plan: The Physique Behind Thor’s Brother Loki.” To put the plan together, the founder of Superhero Jacked did his research — and so did we. Here are two Hiddleston-approved fitness tips: Tip No. 1: Jog It Off It’s no secret that the Loki actor loves to jog. The paparazzi often catch him at it, and the hobby makes sense for someone with his body type. According to Runner’s World, jogging is a great cardio workout for kick-starting and maintaining weight loss. It also boosts your mood, improves your sleep and mental acuity, and strengthens your immune system. So, it might even help Hiddleston make it to set and memorize his lines. Tip No. 2: Boogie on the Dance Floor In addition to jogging, Hiddleston loves to dance. “Anyone who’s known me for any length of time knows that I love dancing,” he told Vulture in 2016. “At a party I’ll be the first person on the dance floor and the last sweaty mess at the end of the night. I don’t even think I can dance particularly well. I just have always had great enthusiasm for it and enjoy it.” (Want to see proof? Check out the video “Tom Hiddleston and Benedict Cumberbatch Dance Off” on YouTube, which has racked up more than 1.2 million views.) Dancing is another great mental and physical workout. It requires balance, strength, and endurance as well as the ability to memorize steps. If you want a body (and mind) like Loki’s, a good place to start could be in a group dance fitness class!
