As I have said for years “you get paid on what you get...Done!' after all talk is cheap execution is the real success skill of entrepreneurs. Included is a graphic that many of our clients find very helpful to make sure they stay in the investor role. This is especially important after an acquisition. The danger is having taken the previous owner out of the business you find yourself getting pulled into daily operations. While you may have to do this short term, its critical to have a clear Growth MAP (Massive Action Plan) to follow. This will help you to get more done in 12 weeks than most people get done in 12 months! After all, the power of focus is following one course until successful. So, make sure you start with the end in mind. Where you want to be in 3/5 years. Work backwards and create that 12/18 month Mission with clear metrics attached. As any good coaching session always ends with some questions: So, what did you get more value from in the framework I shared? What actions are you going to take in the next 72 hours? Who can you share these with to hold you accountable? What Community do you need to be around to get you fired up and ready to grow?
