Working with Transworld M&A Transworld M&A will enter the process once you have identified and qualified a potential Seller. We will begin our process and help you with getting an introduction to the Seller, structuring the transaction, building trust with the Seller, getting through the Heads of Terms phase and then running the due diligence, funding and legal work streams for the several months afterwards. The objective is to significantly shorten the time this takes and increase the chances of it actually closing while making sure both sides are happy and trust each other, no small feat! The First Meeting Finding the right business to buy is very difficult and can be time- consuming as well as costly. Therefore, being prepared and getting the most out of a first meeting and maximising the chances of moving forward only makes sense. Like with all things in business, a little preparation and planning can go a long way. The following section is meant to be quick and easy to read so has been organised in a series of points in a ‘Do’ and ‘Dont’ format. It is important to remember that this is a first date so all of the human aspects like first impressions, emotions, bias, etc. are more important than the technical detail.
